The Role
As a Personal Assistant in the Private Client team, you will be the organisational heartbeat of the department. You will support Partners and fee earners by managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings, handling client communications, arranging travel and accommodation, preparing documents, and supporting the billing process. You''ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of the team, enabling them to focus on delivering exceptional client service. This is a varied and fast-paced position where your attention to detail, forward planning, and ability to manage multiple priorities will make a real difference every day.
You will need:
Experience in a PA or Legal Secretary role, ideally within professional services
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
High attention to detail and accuracy in all work produced
