This is a important position supporting two Partners and the wider team, working on complex, high-stakes domestic and cross-border business disputes. The Role Complex diary, inbox and email management for Partners, including prioritisation in a deadline-driven environment Extensive international travel coordination, including visas, itineraries, expenses and trip reporting End-to-end matter management support, including client onboarding (KYC), billing, Elite 3E reporting and financial administration Preparation and production of high-quality legal documentation, bundles (electronic and hard copy), hyperlinked schedules and court-ready materials Acting as a key liaison point for clients, Counsel, experts, arbitrators and internal stakeholders, as well as supporting BD initiatives and events What They''re Looking For 3+ years experience ..... full job details .....
