This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and highly organised PA to provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to fee earners within a busy, collaborative team. The Role  Complex diary management, inbox management, meeting and travel arrangements. Acting as a professional first point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. Supporting matter administration, including opening and closing matters, maintaining records, coordinating documentation and assisting with compliance requirements. Preparing, formatting and coordinating legal documents, correspondence, presentations and meeting materials. Supporting billing administration, time recording, and expenses.
