Birchrose Associates is representing a leading global law firm seeking an experienced Legal PA to support senior stakeholders within its Disputes team, based in their City of London office.The FirmOur client, a Top 10 global law firm, is seeking a highly skilled Legal PA to join their Disputes team in London. Renowned for delivering exceptional client service, the firm offers a truly international and collaborative working environment.The OpportunityThe successful Legal PA will be an experienced and proactive professional, providing high-level, client-focused support to the Head of Real Estate Dispute Resolution, a Partner and a team of lawyers within the Real Estate Disputes practice. Duties to include:Managing complex diaries and travel arrangementsCoordinating billing processes, including WIP and invoicingProducing high-quality documents, reports, and presentations Supporting the matter lifecycle, including compliance procedures Organising meetings, events, and client engagementsAssisting with business development activities, including pitches and CRM updatesBuilding strong relationships with stakeholders and acting as a key point of contactThis Legal PA position is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pm.RequirementsMinimum 3 years'' experience as a Legal PA / Practice Executive within a law firmExperience supporting senior stakeholders, ideally within a Litigation or Disputes team (desirable)Vacancy highlightsHybrid working (3 days office ..... full job details .....
