Legal Office Assistant A well-established and highly respected London law firm is seeking a Legal Office Assistant to join its busy operations team. This opportunity would suit a law graduate or an individual with previous reception or administrative experience who is looking to gain valuable exposure within a professional legal environment. The Legal Office Assistant will work closely with the reception, IT and administration teams to support the smooth day-to-day running of the office. This is a varied and hands-on role where the Legal Office Assistant will assist with a range of administrative, organisational and client-facing duties while ensuring a high level of professionalism is maintained across the firm.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding general office support including printing, photocopying, scanning and document preparationAssisting with the preparation of court bundles and document packsSupporting the scanning and distribution of incoming post to the relevant partners and fee-earnersHelping the reception team prepare meeting rooms and welcome clientsOrganising couriers, local deliveries and trips to the post officeEnsuring copiers are stocked with paper and office supplies are maintainedMaintaining tidy and professional client-facing areas, including reception and meeting roomsAssisting with incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate individualsSupporting the wider operations team with ad-hoc administrative dutiesSkills and ExperienceLaw graduate or ..... full job details .....
