Due to opening some Italian offices they would love to recruit someone who can speak Italian to support these new Italian users. Joining a boutique law firm in the City, London you will be the first point of contact for all IT incidents and requests to the firm''s 180 users. You will log, track and manage all support tickets through the firm''s helpdesk system. You will troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues (MS 365, Azure AD, Intune, Windows 10/11, PC hardware laptops and mobile devices), escalating complex issues to an appropriate person/provider.
