Responsibilities Lead strategic AI and innovation initiatives across legal practices and client programmes Identify and develop opportunities to transform legal services through automation, data, and process redesign Support the delivery of client-facing innovation projects and contribute to pitches and demonstrations Represent the firm at external events and industry forums on legal technology topics Manage complex innovation projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders and workstreams from design to deployment Advise partners, lawyers, and senior staff on the application of AI and legal technology solutions Drive change management activities to ensure successful adoption and integration of new tools Evaluate emerging legal technologies, vendors, and market developments to inform strategic decisions Contribute to governance frameworks, monitor solution quality, and measure success via relevant metrics Mentor and develop team members, contributing to knowledge sharing and best practice standards Qualifications 3-5 years experience in legal technology, legal innovation, ..... full job details .....
