Legal Executive (Commercial Contracts and Compliance) Up to 34,000 Fixed-Term Contract until March 2027 Hybrid Working with Travel when required to most local office in Chatham, London or Manchester. Our client is a highly respected professional consultancy with a strong reputation in its field. Due to maternity cover, they are seeking a Legal Executive to join their team on a fixed-term basis until March 2027. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded legal professional who enjoys working with contracts and managing risk. The role will focus primarily on the review, drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, alongside supporting a range of compliance and governance activities. The Role As Legal Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the business''s contractual and compliance requirements by: Reviewing, drafting and negotiating a high volume of commercial contracts and agreements. Identifying legal and commercial risks and providing practical recommendations. Negotiating contract terms directly with clients, suppliers and legal representatives. Managing contract amendments, renewals and variations. Supporting compliance activities and helping maintain internal policies and procedures. Assisting with governance and regulatory requirements. Maintaining accurate records and contract documentation. Working closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure contractual obligations are met.
