Due to increased demand in their exceptional service and impressive client portfolio, they now have a requirement to hire a Legal Executive in their residential property team.The Role: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) to join our growing legal team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to probate, estate, and trust-related matters in a highly specialised area of law. You will play a pivotal role in legal casework and court processes and must be confident in your ability to sign legal documents and advocate in court where necessary.Responsibilities
Provide legal support on complex probate cases and intestacy mattersDraft legal correspondence, statements, and case summariesPrepare and sign court documentation; represent in relevant court proceedings under rights of audienceAdvise internal case managers and liaise with external solicitors and councilsAssist with asset recovery, and estate distributionConduct legal research and contribute to risk and compliance processesSupport business-wide governance with expert legal guidanceBenefits
