Key Responsibilities Managing a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, development projects, and landlord and tenant matters. Handling an inherited caseload while also building and maintaining strong client relationships. Working closely with colleagues to provide pragmatic and commercial advice to clients, ranging from SMEs to larger corporate clients. Assisting senior solicitors and partners with complex transactions, gaining valuable hands-on experience.
