With previous experience as a Legal EA in Employment Law, you will support approximately 5 fee earners with diary management, travel booking and billing.This is a full time, permanent, office based role and the hours are 9:00am-5.30pm.Legal EA duties and responsibilities:Extensive and efficient diary management.Email management and archiving of emails.Coordination and booking of travel arrangements.Billing and invoicing of clients.Proactively updating and maintaining client information.Filing, document management, opening new matters and archiving.Other ad hoc tasks when required.Legal EA key skills and experience required:Demonstrable experience as a Legal EA within Employment Law in a Law firm.Strong organisational skills with ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities.Experience of using case management software.
