Key Responsibilities:Trusted legal advisor to key stakeholders (eg Medical, Clinical Development, Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, HR)Draft and review a broad range of agreements across the UK and EMEA (eg distribution and supply agreements, clinical trials and site agreements, market research, inter-company agreements, MSAs, collaboration agreements)Legal review of Regional and Global Polices and SOPsProvide training to functional and business colleagues on relevant legal topicsCreate and maintain legal template documentsEnable best practice sharing and drive continuous improvement across the RegionQualifications

Position Requirements:UK-qualified solicitorSignificant in-house experience in life sciences in the UKExpertise in clinical trials, supply chain, pharmaceutical law, competition law, commercial contracts and ABPI Code of PracticeMature and balanced team player with high integrityStrong communicator with sound judgement and a practical approachRegional (EMEA) experience preferred but not requiredKyowa Kirin International is an equal opportunities employer.No agencies ..... full job details .....
