In this broad role, you will provide comprehensive timely legal support as a pivotal part of their legal team, across a range of complex legal matters.About the Role:You will be responsible for delivering strategic legal advice on complex commercial and corporate matters, supporting the company’s commercial and operational objectives. In addition to drafting, negotiating and advising on a wide range of commercial contracts. In addition to eensuring the provision of timely and effective legal advice to the business. Providing corporate, commercial and regulatory legal support to other departments and cross functional stakeholders.Who You Are:A legal professional with 3+ years’ commercial experience, preferably gained in a leading law firm or with a commercial in-house team.Experience of drafting and negotiating complex commercial/corporate agreements. Managing complex transactions and providing strategic legal advice.Solid experience of drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts, including complex contracts requiring bespoke drafting.Strong organisational and management skills with a proven ability to manage complex issues and to mitigate legal risks.Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical and influencing skills.Strategic thinker with a proactive “get things done” attitude.This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a rapidly changing, fast paced ambitious environment.
