This is a highly commercial role offering exposure to complex structured transactions across a broad range of financing and risk management products. The successful candidate will partner closely with front-office stakeholders, providing legal support from the structuring stage through to execution. Key Responsibilities Advise on the structuring, negotiation and execution of loan-linked hedging transactions, deal-contingent trades, and other ancillary hedging arrangements.
