global sports and entertainment organisation

who are looking for a junior lawyer to join their in-house legal team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an extremely well regarded legal team on a broad variety of

international commercial agreements .Key ResponsibilitiesNegotiate and draft a wide range of commercial agreementsSupport on intellectual property licensing and brand-related agreements.Handle ancillary legal work including NDAs, MOUs, supplier agreements and due diligence processes.Provide day-to-day legal and strategic support to commercial teams and act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.Maintain contract records and assist with contract management processes.Carry out legal research and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.About YouHave qualified and is currently at a leading law firm (ideally in commercial or corporate law) and are 1-4 years PQE.Bring strong drafting and negotiation skills and enjoy working on complex commercial arrangements.Are adaptable, commercially minded and comfortable managing competing priorities.Communicate clearly with both legal and non-legal colleagues.Have a strong attention to detail and the confidence to take ownership of workstreams.Are genuinely interested in sport, entertainment, or global events.We also work collaboratively with our specialist teams covering private practice and international markets, so if you''d like updates beyond in-house roles please get in touch and register your interest.Please express your interest via this page or contact Susannah Spanton at
