This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded in-house legal team supporting complex construction projects across the UK and Europe. Working closely with the Head of Legal, you''ll become a trusted legal adviser to the business, partnering with commercial and project teams on high-value construction projects while enjoying genuine autonomy and the opportunity to broaden your involvement beyond purely legal work. Senior Legal Counsel - Role OverviewThis is a broad, commercially focused in-house role, with around 80% of the work centred on reviewing and negotiating construction contracts. You''ll primarily advise on JCT contracts, while also supporting projects involving NEC and FIDIC contracts where required. Alongside contract work, you''ll provide strategic legal advice throughout the project lifecycle, support project teams on commercial issues and contribute to wider legal initiatives across the business.
