Commercial Property Solicitor (7+ PQE) North London Up to £90,000 Office Based An established property business with a substantial commercial property portfolio across London and the South East is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its in-house legal team. This is a rare opportunity for a senior commercial property lawyer to move into a stable, non-fee-earning environment where you will support the business''s property management operations and work closely with experienced legal colleagues. The Role Joining a close-knit legal team comprising three solicitors, you will provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice to the commercial property management function and take ownership of a broad range of landlord-side property matters. Responsibilities Advising on commercial landlord and tenant matters across a substantial property portfolio Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial leases Supporting on lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 (non-contentious matters) Handling title investigations and land registry queries Providing legal support to the commercial property management team Managing matters autonomously with minimal supervision Working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver practical legal solutions About You You will be: A qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 6+ years'' PQE Trained at a respected City, national or regional commercial property practice or in-house role Experienced in commercial ..... full job details .....
