Legal Counsel (Real Estate/Commercial) - Maternity Cover *Uxbridge*

A leading multinational specialist social care services provider is seeking an immediately available UK-qualified lawyer to provide maternity cover for 6 to 12 months.

The role involves managing property portfolio transactions, including lease negotiations and renewals, property sale and purchase transactions, lease surrenders, licenses to occupy, Service Level Agreements, and other related agreements. Additionally, the role supports the Senior Legal Counsel with general commercial and corporate matters, reviewing, drafting, and amending a wide range of commercial agreements, and assisting with acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and partnerships.

Candidates must be England and Wales Qualified Solicitors with at least 4 years PQE, gained from in-house roles or reputable law firms. A strong background in commercial property matters and broad commercial contracts experience is essential. The ability to manage workload effectively, along with strong communication and IT skills, is required.
