Reporting to the Legal Director, the role holder will provide a broad range of legal advice related to the commercialisation of medicines in the UK, working closely with business colleagues across the marketing company. The role holder will liaise with members of biopharmaceuticals and oncology business units including finance and procurement and commercial operations. The role holder will be involved in legal operations process improvements, updating templates and creating and rolling out training. The Legal Counsel will manage risk by applying commercial legal expertise, developing innovative solutions and identifying and implementing legal operations process improvements. Essential Skills This position is for a junior commercial lawyer Experience drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements is essential.
