Legal Counsel - Open to Various Legal Practice Areas - 0-3 PQE

Seeking a Legal Counsel to join our Corporate Legal team, reporting to the Head of Legal. The Legal Counsel will support the Corporate Legal team to deliver across all the above areas in the UK and internationally. This will involve working closely with other teams in the company, such as Finance, Commercial, People, Recruitment as well as interacting with our external law firm partners where relevant.Client DetailsA company in the business services industry located in Oxfordshire.DescriptionThis role will be pivotal to our team, focusing on corporate legal matters such as:Employment - working with our People team to advise on complex people related and global mobility queries, including complex restrictive covenant matters (relating to both outgoing and incoming senior employees)Corporate Governance and Company Secretarial - advising on corporate governance matters arising from our complex group structure and investment arrangements globally. Dealing with company secretarial tasks such as board minutes, resolutions, statutory filings Share Scheme - administering the legal aspects of our employee equity scheme including issues of shares and buy backsIntellectual Property - managing our intellectual property portfolio, including trademark watch notices, renewals, recording know how and digital IP assetsDigital - advising on the commercialisation and licensing arrangements for digital solutions created for clients, including AI governanceData Protection - escalation point for ..... full job details .....
