3-Month Fixed-Term Contract Immediate Start An exciting opportunity to join a leading global media and entertainment organisation, based in the heart of London''s West End! Our client is keen to appoint a qualified lawyer to provide practical, commercially focused legal advice across a range of revenue-generating activities. The role will involve supporting commercial teams to deliver deals, resolve legal issues, advise on regulatory compliance and build effective long-term relationships with stakeholders across the business. Responsibilities Advise on legal matters relating to the sale of advertising and other commercial revenue-generating activities. Support the development and maintenance of standard legal documentation and work with commercial colleagues to ensure agreed processes are followed. Draft clear and consistent templates, standard terms and conditions for media, custom and branded initiatives and talent arrangements. Negotiate standard commercial terms with advertising agencies and other counterparties. Provide training and practical legal guidance on advertising regulations and relevant industry guidance, including requirements applicable to social media influencers. Interpret and advise on internal advertising policies and their application to specific campaigns and commercial initiatives.
