With a strong international presence across Europe, Asia and North America, the business is recognised for its cutting-edge solutions and collaborative culture.The European headquarters, based near Gatwick, plays a key role in supporting regional operations and driving strategic initiatives.DescriptionKey responsibilities include:Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contractsAdvising stakeholders on legal risks and contractual strategySupporting compliance initiatives and risk management activitiesManaging legal documentation and internal contract systemsCoordinating execution of contracts (electronic and wet signature)Liaising with external parties on notarisation and apostille mattersAttending compliance meetings and maintaining accurate recordsDelivering timely, pragmatic legal advice to internal clientsProfileYou will be a qualified Solicitor with 2-3 years'' PQE, gained in private practice and/or in-house.You will demonstrate:Experience in areas such as data protection, employment, product regulation or international tradeStrong contract drafting, negotiation and advisory skillsExcellent communication skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple matters and work to ..... full job details .....
