You''ll work closely with Trading, Compliance, Operations and senior business stakeholders, advising on complex regulatory developments while supporting a dynamic and fast-paced business.The RoleKey responsibilities will include:Advising on legal and regulatory issues relating to derivatives, repo and securities lending.Providing guidance on EMIR, UK EMIR Margin Rules, MiFID II, FCA/PRA requirements and relevant US regulatory frameworks.Supporting the implementation and interpretation of evolving regulatory requirements across Global Markets.Advising on clearing arrangements, transaction reporting and capital-related regulatory issues.Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of market documentation, including terms of business and regulatory disclosures.Partnering with internal stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Front Office and Operations on complex regulatory matters.Contributing to legal know-how initiatives and helping shape best practice across the wider legal function.About YouQualified lawyer or similar qualificationStrong experience advising on regulatory matters within an investment bank, financial institution or leading ..... full job details .....
