As our Legal Counsel you’ll be the main point of contact for commercial contracts. You will drive proactive management and execution of contracts, including client contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements. This role involves driving the contracts management process and working closely with legal operations and Revenue teams.GWI is a consumer research company serving major client names including Google, Meta, Apple, TikTok, Snap, LinkedIn, X, Microsoft, and Publicis. You will have the opportunity to lead contract management with big clients and contribute to innovative product sales.It’s a dynamic, high-tempo environment, with a growing company culture. You should demonstrate the core skills this role requires. You don’t have to tick every box immediately; willingness to learn is important. The team will look for:Qualification to practice law in the UK with at least 3 years PQE as a commercial/technology lawyer.Experience in-house (ideally in a high-growth technology company) or in a commercial legal department of a leading law firm.Business-first legal mindset – ability to balance risk management with commercial agility by enabling pragmatic, solutions-focused contracting that supports revenue goals and client relationships.Bias for action – proactive and able to drive details forward, improving legal processes, playbooks and templates to support scalable growth.Strong communication skills – ability to negotiate and communicate with stakeholders inside and outside the business.Attitude aligned with our values: think big, ask why, and show respect to everyone at every level.Interview steps
