Technology Counsel
to join its legal team. This is a fully remote role with occasional in-person collaboration, offering flexibility and the chance to work at the heart of a dynamic, product-led business.What You’ll Do:Advise on software licensing, SaaS agreements, IP, and data protectionDraft and negotiate commercial contracts with customers, suppliers, and partnersSupport product and engineering teams with legal input across the development lifecycleHelp navigate regulatory frameworks including UK GDPR and cybersecurityContribute to legal operations, templates, and internal trainingStay ahead of legal developments in the tech sector and share insights with the businessWhat We’re Looking For:? UK-qualified solicitor with 2–6 years PQE? Experience in technology law, ideally in-house or at a tech-focused firm? Strong grasp of software licensing and commercial contracting?
