As the business continues to grow, they are looking to appoint a Sole Legal Counsel to take full ownership of legal matters and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.This is a rare opportunity to build and lead a legal function in a highly innovative environment. You will work closely with teams across the organisation, supporting everything from commercial strategy to regulatory compliance, while ensuring robust legal frameworks are in place. Job title: Legal CounselSalary: Up to £120,000 basic plus extensive benefits (DoE 8+ years PQE ideally)Location: North Cambridgeshire. Good commutes from Cambridge, Huntingdon, St Ives, St Neots, Ely, etc. Hybrid working in place, but flexible on this, so if further afield, then a conversation can be had.In this hands-on role, you will draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including supplier, licensing, NDA, MSA and distribution contracts.
