They are committed to robust governance, commercial excellence and continuous improvement, offering a dynamic environment where legal expertise plays acritical role in shaping successful project outcomes.Your new role As Legal Counsel, you will provide practical legal and contractual advice across the full project lifecycle, supporting both pre-construction and delivery teams.Key responsibilities include:Advising on tenders, identifying risks and supporting bid teams with mitigation strategiesSupporting contract execution and ensuring compliance with internal governanceAssisting with claims, disputes and adjudication processesContributing to legal risk reporting and continuous improvement initiativesDelivering training and guidance to internal stakeholdersWhat you''ll need to succeed Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years'' PQE (Scots Law qualification essential; dual qualification in English Law advantageous).Proven experience within construction or infrastructure law, ideally in-house or supporting similar clients.Extensive experience working with JCT, SBCC and NEC forms of contract and their amendments.Excellent communication and stakeholder ..... full job details .....
