They are committed to delivering professional and efficient services to their clients, with a strong focus on legal compliance and expertise.DescriptionYou will:Support the Legal Director (Employment) in handling of large employment tribunal caseloads.Provide expert legal advice on employment law and related matters to internal stakeholders.Engage with the wider Legal Team remotely providing input and collaboration on projects from an Employment Law perspective.Start on or around 27th AprilProfileThe successful candidate will be a Lawyer, qualified in the UK, with a strong track record in employment law, especially managing a busy and varied caseload of employment litigation.The level of work on offer would suit a candidate with circa 4-9 years PQE.You will have the ability to work with limited supervision.There is an emphasis placed on development of the use of generative AI to drive efficiencies in day-to-day work.Job OfferThe salary on offer for this remote role is £87,000 per annum plus benefits.
