What to expect In this role, you will work closely with the Associate Director, Legal - Employment and key stakeholders across the business. Advising on day-to-day employment law and employee relations issues, including flexible working requests and data subject access requests. Supporting complex disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and restructuring activity Managing and supporting all elements of employment tribunal claims, working with external Counsel Drafting and reviewing HR policies, contracts and settlement agreements Supporting Code ..... full job details .....
