Job DescriptionAs Legal Counsel, your main responsibilities will include:Responsible for supporting and protecting the legal interests of the company.Advising on global commercial disputes of high value and complexity.Supporting stakeholders on dispute resolution and claim recovery workstreams.Negotiating and influencing internal and external parties to reach optimum resolutions.Development and roll-out of appropriate training, policies and guidelines.Instructing and ensuring delivery of external legal counsel, globally. Experience Required:Qualified to practice law in England and Wales.Strong experience in general commercial contracts and dispute resolution.Knowledge of claims through mediation, arbitration and court proceedings.Experience gained at a strong private practice firm and/or in-house.Experience of product liability disputes.Experience working with automotive, manufacturing and engineering focused clients.
