About the Role As Legal Counsel, you will: Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial agreements, software licensing arrangements and technology contracts. Advise the business on commercial, regulatory and strategic legal matters across UK and European operations. Support public sector and government contracting activities, helping the business navigate procurement requirements. Provide commercially focused legal advice on areas including intellectual property, data protection, export controls and regulatory compliance.
