Reporting to the Head of Legal, you''ll support commercial contracts, negotiations and legal risk. Working with sales, procurement and operational teams, you''ll focus on technology agreements, customer contracts and public sector bids. Job title: Legal Counsel (£400 - £550 per day) Location: Remote Contract length: 3 months (with a strong chance it will be ongoing up to 6 months) Key Responsibilities Review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts. Support contracts from bid stage through to signature. Advise on customer, supplier, software and managed services agreements. Support public sector bids, tenders and framework agreements. Review contracts linked to G-Cloud, TS4 and other procurement frameworks. Advise on liability, indemnities, intellectual property, service levels, termination and data protection.
