Legal Counsel (and;400 - and;550 per day)

My client is a growing technology business seeking an experienced Legal Counsel (£400 - £550 per day) to join its legal team. Reporting to the Head of Legal, you''ll support commercial contracts, negotiations and legal risk. Working with sales, procurement and operational teams, you''ll focus on technology agreements, customer contracts and public sector bids. Job title: Legal Counsel (£400 - £550 per day) Location: Remote Contract length: 3 months (with a strong chance it will be ongoing up to 6 months) Key Responsibilities Review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts. Support contracts from bid stage through to signature. Advise on customer, supplier, software and managed services agreements. Support public sector bids, tenders and framework agreements. Review contracts linked to G-Cloud, TS4 and other procurement frameworks. Advise on liability, indemnities, intellectual property, service levels, termination and data protection. Work with internal teams to complete tender and contract documentation. Identify legal risks and provide practical solutions. Work with the Head of Legal and external advisers where specialist support is required. Help improve contract processes, templates and governance. Skills and Experience Solicitor in England and Wales (or equivalent). Strong commercial contracts experience, gained in-house or in private practice.
