In this role you will provide essential legal support across the company''s operational, sales, pre-sales, procurement, and senior management teams. You will ensure the business operates within a robust legal framework whilst supporting the achievement of its commercial objectives. Working collaboratively across departments, you will deliver efficient, pragmatic, and commercially focused contract support.Key Accountabilities: Provide clear, practical, and commercially minded advice on contract terms, legal matters, and business risk.Review and negotiate a broad range of agreements, including confidentiality agreements / NDAs, supplier and customer contracts, software licences, statements of work and order forms, service level agreements, SaaS agreements, data processing agreements (DPAs), and agency, reseller, and service provision arrangements.Negotiate contract terms with customers and suppliers in line with business requirements, company policies, and risk appetite to achieve favourable commercial outcomes.Monitor contractual obligations, key milestones, renewals, termination rights, and compliance requirements, ..... full job details .....
