Legal Contracts Manager

Russell Group University looking for a Legal Contracts Manager within a Business Development Team.Position available immediately and for an initial 3-4 month contract. P/T 3 days per week, Tuesdays will be the ''Team day'' and all other hours and days are flexible.Duties:Oversee, review, advise, draft and negotiate variety of contracts (NDAs, CDAs, MTAs, etc)Ensure contracts and agreements are reviewed in a timely manner and uploaded to systemSimultaneously manager multiple contracts at onceProvide advice to members of team and colleagues on regulatory and legislative requirementsSkills, Experience and Education:Ability to draft contracts and IP negotiationsBroad knowledge of contracts and contracts lawExperience of Legal work within HE/UniversityAppropriate legal ..... full job details .....
