Legal Content AI Engineer role focusing on AI tools for legal content teams. The position involves collaborating with lawyers, editors, and product teams to design and deliver AI-powered solutions that improve efficiency and innovation.Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify challenges and design intelligent user-friendly solutionsPrototype and iterate quickly incorporating feedback from end usersLead the development and deployment of AI and automation tools using modern continuous integration and continuous delivery practicesAutomate repetitive tasks and improve operational processesCommunicate technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiencesContribute to agile workflows including sprint planning and reviewsShare knowledge and mentor others to foster a culture of learning and innovationRequirements
Experience with at least one programming language such as Python, TypeScript, React, or C sharpFamiliarity with large language models, APIs, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, or vector databasesUnderstanding of software deployment pipelines and continuous integration and continuous delivery toolsAbility to troubleshoot and resolve AI-related issues. Experience in software engineering or AI development ideally in an agile environmentCuriosity about emerging technologies in AI and automationClear communicator who can simplify complex ideasWorking style
