They are seeking an experienced Commercial Counsel, Legal Counsel, or Contracts Consultant to take ownership of vendor onboarding and Master Services Agreements (MSAs) under US Law This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will streamline the end-to-end vendor onboarding process, working closely with Finance, IT Security, and Data Protection teams across US and UK/EU jurisdictions.
