The role of a File Handler Assistant is to manage, under supervision, a caseload of aesthetic treatment claims, alongside other healthcare litigation and pre-litigation matters with a value of up to around £50,000. Supervision, mentoring and technical support will be provided as part of the team''s competency and development framework. The successful candidate will assist with and progressively undertake all aspects of case handling, from initial instruction through to resolution, including claims that have proceeded to litigation. All claims will be handled on behalf of Defendant clients.
