This is a varied position supporting the day-to-day running of the Finance Department, with a strong focus on ensuring compliance with the Solicitors Accounts Rules. Duties: Processing client and office account receipts and payments Carrying out daily bank reconciliations Processing CHAPS and BACS payments Managing client-to-office transfers Processing supplier invoices and office account payments Assisting with billing and office account invoices Assisting with debt recovery and credit control, including monitoring outstanding balances and following up overdue payments Maintaining accurate financial records using our legal accounts system.
