Legal Cashier - Temporary

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading global law firm, to assist them in their search for a Legal Cashier to join their team on a temporary basis. Working within the London office, the successful applicant will assist with legal cashiering duties for a minimum term of 6-weeks with potential to continue beyond this. Responsibilities will include: Ensuring all receipts are processed on Elite 3E in accordance with Anti Money Laundering (AML) and SAR. Identifying Disbursements. Maintaining client account ledgers. Identifying cash receipts related to bills and provide a list of receipts received. Daily reconciliation of accounts. Bank reconciliations. Reviewing and preparing expense reports. Suitable applicants will have gained prior Cashier experience from within a law firm, have a strong understanding of the Solicitors Accounts Rules, have experience using 3E, take a proactive approach, and have exceptional attention to detail skills.
