Supervise banking functions including bank reconciliations. Process client and office accounting transactions including postings. Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers. Supervise and assist in the sending money via electronic transfer. Control designated client deposit accounts including monthly reconciliations. Manage all third party fees. Raise invoices and manage debtors. Manage supplier invoices and payments. Deal with any accounts/invoice queries from team members and/or clients. Assist with the annual professional indemnity insurance & CQS renewal processes. About You: Previous experience as a Legal Cashier within a law firm environment.
