We are looking for a Legal Cashier to provide high-quality cashiering functions and support innovative initiatives across the firm. This role is crucial in managing financial transactions and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Day-to-day of the role: Allocate and post all client funds receipts received via online banking, primarily through RBS Bankline. Handle client to client transfers and investigate funds received for bills. Manage payments out of all client funds, including online banking and cheque payments. Take client calls for card payments and process transactions via online terminal. Calculate interest, both manually and automatically, and handle foreign currency transactions via online banking. Promptly address ad hoc queries from Partners, Associates, and Secretaries/PA''s. Liaise with our bank to resolve any queries and manage the opening, closing, and maintenance of joint accounts. Handle transactions for our offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, as well... Permanent
