This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a long-term, flexible role within a friendly and supportive accounts team.The firm is ideally looking for someone to work two full days per week. There may also be the opportunity to pick up additional hours during periods of annual leave.The roleBased in the Leamington office, you''ll provide a high-quality legal cashiering service, working closely with fee earners and colleagues across the business. The role offers a broad range of responsibilities, ensuring variety and continued engagement.Key duties include:Managing day-to-day banking procedures, including client and office account transactionsProcessing payments (including faster payments, BACS and telegraphic transfers)Client and business account postings and month-end processingClient-to-business transfers and billing postingsReconciling completion statements and ledgersHandling cheques, banking and interest calculationsSupporting the Accounts Manager with ad hoc and cover duties when requiredAll work will be carried out in line with the Solicitors Accounts Rules and internal procedures.About youThe successful candidate will ideally have:Experience in a legal cashier roleA solid understanding of the Solicitors Accounts RulesStrong numerical accuracy ..... full job details .....
