As a Legal Cashier, you ll be allocated various client sites, and be responsible for the full range of cashiering duties for each of these. This role is extremely diverse, and no two days are ever the same, which promotes deep job satisfaction. It s a fast-paced environment so you must be capable of managing a varied workload, achieving deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy too. Legal Cashier Responsibilities Maintaining the entire Purchase Ledger and ensuring accuracy of all postingsDaily Reconciliation of both Client and Office BanksPosting Banking Receipts, Electronic payments, payment of office expenses and dealing with petty cash Taking payments directly from clients over the phoneTo produce daily/weekly/monthly reports in accordance with departmental policies and procedures and relevant regulatory bodies.
