This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong legal accounts experience looking to take the next step in a supportive and professional environment.This full-time, permanent role offers a hybrid working pattern of 3 days from home and 2 days in the office.Key ResponsibilitiesPosting Client and Office account transactions promptlyCompleting daily, weekly and monthly bank reconciliationsReconciling and posting Land Registry fees and conveyancing disbursementsProcessing client payments, including card payments in person and over the phoneActioning Faster Payments, CHAPS and cheque requestsMonitoring ledger balances, handling queries, write-offs and miscellaneous postingsLiaising with fee earners regarding billing, disbursements and payment queriesEnsuring full compliance with SRA Accounts Rules and internal proceduresSupporting month-end and year-end processes, including audit preparationAssisting managers and Directors with ad-hoc finance tasksSupporting AML financial controlsMaintaining accurate financial records and audit trailsEssential Skills and ExperienceProclaim experience is essentialStrong numerical accuracy and attention to detailConfident IT skills, including Microsoft ExcelOrganised, reliable and proactiveStrong communication skills and ability to work ..... full job details .....
