This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal Cashier who is confident working independently and has strong knowledge of legal finance processes. The role can be carried out fully remotely or on a hybrid basis, offering flexibility depending on your circumstances. Previous legal cashier experience is essential, as is hands-on experience using the Aderant system. Key Responsibilities The role will include: Daily reconciliation of the firm''s bank accounts. Processing and allocating incoming client monies via Internet Banking. Making payments from the firm''s accounts by electronic payment or cheque, in accordance with internal procedures and SRA requirements. Checking and processing bills. Checking client balances and liaising with fee earners to ensure outstanding balances are cleared following completion. Ensuring client balances are returned promptly where appropriate.
