This role offers hybrid working (3 days in the office and 2 days from home after a 3-month probation period) and a competitive salary of £30k+, rising to £4,000 for candid0ates with strong, relevant experience.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal Cashier looking to take on a varied, responsible position within a supportive and collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Account DutiesManage all Purchase Ledger activity, including postings and agreed paymentsProcess office payments, direct debits and standing ordersPost bank charges and manage daily office transfers for Land Registry and InfotrackHandle referral fees, penalty fees and interest paymentsProcess card payments and manage credit card postings and administrationHandle invoices including Companies House and panel invoicesManage commission postings on client ledgersAssist with breach reporting and support external auditors with queriesProvide cover and support to the wider Finance team during periods of sickness or annual leaveClient Account DutiesSupport e-chit processing and manage client payments during busy periods and team lunch coverProcess charity transfers and interest paymentsMaintain the cheque registerMonitor the suspense account, ensuring prompt return of unclaimed client fundsAbout YouYou ..... full job details .....
