About the Role As a Legal Cashier, you will play an important role within the firm''s Accounts team, supporting the day-to-day financial operations and ensuring client and office accounts are managed accurately and in line with relevant policies and regulations. This is a full-time, office-based position in Norwich, although our client recognises the importance of flexibility and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities Daily reconciliation of the firm''s bank accounts. Processing incoming monies via internet banking, ensuring funds are investigated and allocated promptly. Processing outgoing payments by electronic transfer or cheque in accordance with firm policies and SRA Accounts Rules. Checking and processing bills. Reviewing client balances and working with fee earners to clear balances following completion, ensuring funds are returned promptly. Processing transfers of costs and disbursements.
