Legal CashierLocation: Leamington SpaWorking Pattern: Part-time, two full days per weekSalary: Up to £30,000 FTE, dependent on experienceAbout the OpportunityAn established and highly regarded law firm in Leamington Spa is seeking an experienced Legal Cashier to join their accounts team.Working closely with the Accounts Manager, you will play a key role in the daily management of the firm s financial operations, ensuring client and business account transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory standards.This part-time role offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled Legal Cashier looking to contribute to a supportive team environment with a varied workload and the chance to add real value to the wider business.This position is fully office-based in Leamington Spa, with two full working days per week. Thursday and Friday are preferred, though flexibility is available for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities Share responsibility for daily banking procedures, including receipts, payments and property completions, with agreed periods of sole accountability.Process payments via telegraphic transfers, Faster Payments, BACS and international transfers.Notify fee-earners of incoming telegraphic transfers and BACS payments promptly.Maintain accurate postings for client and business accounts.Produce covered bills reports and manage daily client-to-business transfers.Ensure all client account postings are completed by the final working day ..... full job details .....
