The firm is known for its high-quality work, sophisticated client base and strong investment in its business services functions.The OpportunityAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Cashier to join the firm''s established Finance team in a broad and varied role.Key responsibilities will include:Allocating and posting client funds received through online bankingProcessing client-to-client transfersInvestigating and allocating funds received against billsProcessing client account payments via online banking and chequeTaking client card payments and processing transactions through the online terminalCompleting manual and automated interest calculationsProcessing foreign currency transactionsResponding to ad hoc queries from Partners, Associates, Secretaries and PAsLiaising directly with banks and resolving transactional queriesOpening, closing and maintaining joint accountsSupporting cashiering transactions across the firm''s London, Hong Kong, Singapore and Dubai officesEnsuring all transactions are processed accurately and in accordance with relevant regulatory requirementsRequirementsThe successful candidate will have solid legal cashiering experience gained within a law firm environment, alongside a strong working knowledge of the SRA ..... full job details .....
